In a matter of several hours, Hot Topics Simulations challenge students with real life ethical dilemmas that guide them to master a practical decision model.

By working to solve real world dilemmas from multiple ethical perspectives, our simulations teach participants about their own values. Students also consider how the interests of other stakeholders impact the decision process. All of the EthicsGame’s simulations are easy to mix and match and can be integrated into a standing syllabus.

HOW ETHICS EXERCISES WORKS

You are be given an overview of the exercise, a number of tasks to perform and the learning objectives of each exercise. As they work through the series of multiple choice questions, they will have resources available to reference and will receive immediate feedback on their answers.

The Student Success Coordinator (SSC) team will assist you with any query that you may have about the environment, systems, and general utilisation throughout your learning journey.

COURSE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Basic Requirements:

In order to get the full benefit of and complete this course, you are required to:

  • Have a registered email account for notifications and communications
  • Have access to a computer/laptop/tablet
  • Have a stable internet connection
  • Read documents in Adobe Acrobat PDF reader, or similar PDF viewer
  • Have access to the Microsoft Office Suite (inclusive of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Mac OS Pages Application to create and read documents, as well have the ability to export documents into PDF files
  • Use the latest version of Firefox/Internet Explorer/Chrome web browser when accessing the Virtual Learning Environment

Additional Requirements:

Certain courses will require that you have additional software applications. These additional software applications will be communicated to you when you register and enrol for the course. Any additional resources that will be required will be at the discretion of the registered student.
