This course focuses on practical issues such as conflict management, communication, team building, leadership styles, personnel management, amongst others. The modules provide you with a set of skills to equip you in the corporate environment, and allow you, as a contemporary manager, to flow, adapt and blend with the trends in the business world.
Subject Matter Expert
Adeola Oluwatoyin (Toyin) Osundiran obtained her first degree in Economics at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1999 and a master’s degree in Business Administration Management in 2002. She began her professional career in the banking sector and then worked at the Nigerian Port Authority.
In 2009, Toyin obtained an honour’s degree from the University of Stellenbosch. In 2010, she obtained a master’s degree in Maritime Studies (cum Laude), and another master’s degree in Logistics Management (cum Laude) in 2016. She recently completed her Doctorate at the University of Johannesburg.
Toyin has worked with Aramex South Africa in various capacities, including as a business analyst, sustainability manager and business intelligence executive. Currently, she is a lecturer at Damelin Braamfontein. She is also a project leader, content developer and involved in blended learning.
